Canvas Gallery Wraps

Gallery Wraps are a great way to present your photographs and images in an easy to hang and keep clean style.  The construction is very much the same as a canvas style oil or acrylic painting.  The canvas is stretched over a wooden framework after the image has been printed from one of our digital printers.  Any image can be used provided the file is viable and the resolution workable.  We can scan or photograph your works of art to transfer the image to canvas.  The Studios can either use your image or one of ours and the process is quite simple.  It usually takes 48-72 hours to make a gallery wrap from print to stretch to sealer.  We use museum grade gloss or matte sealer to preserve the image and print with Epson K3 inks. These inks are state of the art and make a beautiful product you can be proud to showcase in your home, camp, man cave or office for years to come.  Stop by the Studios to learn more about this product.  Pricing is available on the “Gallery Services” page if you are interested in finding out costs.

Portraits of Life by Deborah Von Zink-Commissions

Art has always been the cornerstone of Deborah’s existence. She has drawn and painted since childhood. She then continued with her burgeoning love of the field to graduate with two Bachelors of Fine Arts degrees from the University of California and the University of Art both in San Francisco.

Her career exploded as she worked with organizations such as Williams and Sonoma, Levi Strauss, Sheraton Palace Hotels, as well as many wineries and corporations. This lead her to showing in museums, ballet companies, music festivals, major art galleries and selling though out the US, Europe and Asia.  The work of this award winning artist has been published in signed, limited edition giclee’ prints, magazines and books, including a write-up “Time” magazine about her work.

Her passionate oils are inspired by the French Impressionists and the Venetian Tiepolo. The inspiration for her portraits was the personification of character in John Singer Sargent’s portraits. Her art classes emulate the creativity and innovation of Leonardo de Vinci. The artistic talents of Deborah continue to evolve exponentially.  The dreamlike quality of her art leads the observer on a journey of the imagination.

Deborah is available for commissioned portraiture through Desolation Road Studios and is currently taking reservations for work thru the Holiday Season and beyond.  If you are looking for a special personalized gift for that certain someone for Christmas or Hanukkah please allow time enough for Deborah to create your piece in order to have it prior to the Holidays! Deborah can be contacted for pricing and logistical information at artsyldy@gmail.com or 518-765-2002.
