November: Intro To Photography-w/ Jim Miller This class will focus on the basics of photographic technique and presentation. The first three weeks we will focus on specific techniques and learn the basics such as aperture, shutter speed, depth of field, composition, hardware, software and all points in between. The fourth week will focus on post production options and techniques. The fifth week will bring the process full circle with a lesson on framing and matting composition and technique. The student will leave with a matted and or framed project suitable for presentation. Homework will be critiqued and pointers will be given each week prior to the next lesson. This class is geared towards beginners and novices that wish to learn the basics and how to operate their DSLR cameras more effectively and present their work in a desirable fashion.     What times are the photo class?

    Typically I will work with the schedules of the majority of the class. Usually the times are between 11 and 1 and more than likely will be a Sat or Sun but that can be changed based on scheduling difficulties.
